Information collected
TopVC collects the fund information submitted for a listing, payer details returned by Stripe, limited technical request data used for security, and privacy-preserving daily hashes used to count visitors and fund clicks.
How information is used
Information is used to process payments, verify and publish listings, prevent abuse, count engagement, send operational emails, and administer refunds. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the TopVC analytics tables.
Service providers
Supabase stores application data and logos. Stripe processes payments. Resend may deliver operational email. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure aggregate traffic when enabled.
Public information
Approved fund names, websites, optional pitch contacts, investment focus, check sizes, geography, payment totals, ranking, logos, and aggregate click counts are public.
Requests
To request correction or deletion of eligible information, email wearetopvc@gmail.com. Payment and fraud records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
